<p align="" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 1.8;">重庆市酉阳第二中学校是具有110多年办学历史的市级重点中学。学校始于公元1910年创办的酉阳中学堂，其文脉远接清朝道光年间举行院试的酉州考棚。</p>
<p align="" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14pt; line-height: 1.8;">学校历史悠久，但来路艰辛。峥嵘岁月铸就了自强不息的独特品格，临风雨而不乱，视困难若等闲。永远沉稳内敛，含笑前行。2010年，学校迁至桃花源大道北路，占地200余亩。现有118个教学班（包含双师班和日语班），在校学生6467人，教职工528人（在编504人，山东、重庆及县内支教轮岗教师24人）。高级教师125，中级教师163人；重庆市特级教师2人，市级学科名师2人，县级名师3人，市级骨干教师18人，县级骨干教师113人。百年办学，底蕴深厚。围绕立德树人根本任务和自强不息核心精神，学校逐渐形成了自己的文化体系。</p>
